More images of stolen dome. Prior to its use in Episode 1, the dome was used by Baker at Elstree Film Studios in Star Wars: Return of the Jedi in many close-up shots, and most notably in the scenes with the Ewoks. There are a couple of areas on the dome where it is possible to see the Return of the Jedi paint underneath the Episode 1 paint. The fiber optic bundles were positioned into the slots on the dome, then fixed in place with resin, which gives each R2-D2 dome a unique fingerprint.

The pattern of these, when illuminated clearly, matches the ones in Return of the Jedi. Comes with a signed letter of authenticity from Kenny Baker stating that he used this dome in both Return of the Jedi and The Phantom Menace, and that he believes he also may have used it in The Empire Strikes Back.
