Paper model prototype from 2007. This prototype is assembled sloppily because the design was still being refined. The other side looked much worse because the parts didn't fit quite right. You can still see that the front strip is 1/16 inch too long. I didn't figure that out until I glued it in place. It turned out that one of my initial measurements was off. That mistake carried through the entire design of that piece. I have since fixed the plans, but never created another model of it.
