This shows the ankle-lock rod I'm using to keep the Feet tilted at the appropriate angle to the body during a 2-3-2 transition. The bottom distance between ankle and rod has to be double that of the top distance between shoulder and rod in order to cut the tilt angle of 36 degrees in half and just tilt the ankles 18 degrees.
