R2 Skeleton with head

Here's R2 with his head. It's 1/2 of a cardboard 12" diam globe. I have to continuing sanding off the geographical features bumps though... The Andes might ruin the R2 effect. The souther hemisphere has less land, fewer mountains...
So far he weighs about 1200 g.
