Stitch Drilling

Most of the cut outs in my dome that are large like the HP holes, Logic holes etc. are made by stitch drilling. This usually means finding a drill of about 1/8" dia and drilling just inside of the cutout line. The more confident you are the closer you drill. Round or half round files finish the edges nicely once this had been done.
