Tool for mounting PVC shoulder Flanges. It's made from a 3/4 MDF disc and a 1/4' MDF disc glued onto it.

It gives a good clamping surface for gluing the flange to the PVC body tube. It also ensures the PVC flange is round for gluing.

Milling the Recharge door frame for an opening door. After the door outline has been etched, I set the endmill to a cutting depth of .083 and then etch the outline again.
