PVC Octogon Ports 1
The start of making my own PVC Octo ports.

PVC Octogon Ports 2
They will be made from 3" thinwall PVC sewer pipe. It's heated with a heat gun and slid over the mold. I then start pressing firmly on the pipe to conform it to shape and keep pressing over the corners until it cools.

PVC Octogon Ports - Mold
The mold is made from 4 pieces of 1 by 4 pine, stacked and glued together. Then cut and sanded to the correct inside dims of the octo ports.
