Glue Time

I put this off for a long time because I wanted to consider how every part was going to fit to the dome.

To glue the inner and outer together I used a 3M epoxy scotch weld product which is very similar to JB weld.
Lost of tiny clamps were used to hold the dome pieces in the corect place. With these products it is generaly easier to clean the adhesive prior to it curing. I used acetone and rags to do most of the clean up.
