Periscope riser cap & tube 1
Periscope Riser Cap and Tube - made from 2" alu tubing and 1.75" alu tubing with a flat cap that I turned.

Periscope riser cap & tube 2
The flat cap JB welded in place on the end of the 1.75" riser tube. Grooves were filed and turned into the pieces so JB Weld can fill them and lock the pieces together.
