This is R4-D5 at his current stage of construction. I still have some work to do on the "chest" area, where I'll add the framework for the speakers and the utility arms. Note in the lower right of the photo, you will see the un-assembled ankles.

My take on a shoulder mount. With this method, you don't have to run your pipe through the center of the droid. This has the added benefit of freeing up more room inside the "chest" of the droid. I currently have this mount attached with wood sc
