Front Logic Cutouts 1-30-2010

I planned to add front logics as seen on prequel type Agromech R4s. The OT R4s didn't have these but screen caps of the non-domed agromech type R4 models do show atleast the presence of front logics as well as other minor cosmetic differences. Perhaps due to these being earlier copies from their original trilogy counterparts.
