I used a box cutter to cut out my both my inner and outer panels.

I used silicone to glue my skins together. Here is the rear skins.
I used over 50 clamps to hold it in place while the silicone dried.

I glued the front skins and bolted them onto the frame and used velcro straps and clamps to hold it in place while the silicone sets.

This is the silicone I used to glue the skins together and will be using it on my dome as well.
