IhazLegs
I was able to make a set of wooden legs! They still need to have the sides clean up. That will require copious amounts of bondo. But, this was my first try and I'm happy with the results.

Heres the legs with the bondo before I sanded it down. To sanded I used a rotary sander with 60 grit and then went over it with 120 grit. Just have to be careful to not over sand which is very easy to do with a rotary sander.

Was able to finish one of the legs while in Florida. Now that I'm back in Virginia. This might have to wait till spring. Still needs a lil bit of cleaning up and routing out the pockets for the under shoulder details.
